Application Procedure
If you are ready for a career at ING Investment Management, this is the application procedure you will go through:
Step 1: Application
Click on the Vacancy button and you will be directed to our online job board. Upload or insert your CV and motivational letter.
Step 2: Review
The recruiter and hiring manager of the particular vacancy will review all applications and shortlist the candidates who best fit the profile.
Step 3: Interviews
If you are among the shortlisted candidates, you will be invited for a first interview with a professional from the business. If you convince us that you are up to the challenge, you will be invited for a second interview with the recruiter and hiring manager. Additional interviews may also be organised.
Step 4: Assessment (optional)
For most of the positions an assessment is required. Should this be the case, you will be informed of at the beginning of the application procedure.
Step 5: Offer and Compliance
Congratulations! If you have come to this stage, then we will make you an offer. After you have accepted the offer we will start the compliance procedure immediately. This includes a reference check.
Step 6: On-boarding
The application procedure does not finish with the signing of the contract. Our on-boarding programme is designed to ensure that you experience a smooth transition into our company.
This includes:
- welcome package with information on the Business Line you will be working for
- special event for new employees
- e-learning ‘Essence of Asset Management at ING IM’
- buddy programme
