Agnieszka Iwanczuk
I moved from Poland to the Netherlands at the end of 2010. In 2003 I obtained my Master in Tourism and Hotel Management. I have recently also finished a postgraduate studies in Psychology.
I have worked in the field of Recruitment for several years at Shell before I joined ING IM in 2011. Within the Recruitment team I am responsible for all operational recruitment activities and I am the internship coordinator together with my colleague Souad.
What I find most challenging about my job is the demanding environment that requests top quality service. I like the fact that I work in a dynamic environment with professionals and that I get a lot of learning and development opportunities. For instance, I get the opportunity to create new processes and contribute to the department structure.
