My overall responsibility is to manage a team of 7 sales professionals with the aim to maximise the effectiveness of our sales force in Europe. I joined ING IM in 2009 after a long career at JPMorgan Asset Management where I fulfilled several roles such as Head of Sales Germany, Marketing Director for Germany, Austria and Switzerland and Head of Marketing Services Europe.
