Prior to joining ING IM in 2007, I worked for 5 years as a Sales Manager at Robeco Asset Management but my career began on the Amsterdam Stock Market in 1997 handling corporate actions, trades and settlements at Schretlen & Co Private Bank. In my current role as “Senior European Sales Manager” I am responsible for the support of our European offices. ING IM is present in 17 European countries and it is my responsibility to ensure that local sales forces focus on our key strategies and solutions and have the tools necessary to do so available to them. This amounts to campaign management, key-account management, organising sales conferences and sales trainings, as well as giving presentations and workshops. I graduated from theHotelManagementSchoolin 1994 and complete the Executive Business MBA at the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) in 2007. Currently I am completing a postgraduate education in Banking & Insurance.
