Legal & Compliance Department
As a Legal professional you are part of the Legal & Compliance department. Legal & Compliance consists of 40+ professionals in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg and is divided into 3 departments:
- Legal;
- Compliance;
- Tax;
Within the Legal department six senior legal counsels, six counsels and junior counsels and three paralegals work together to ensure ING IM and ING Group receive the right legal guidance. As a Legal professional you are part of a team of experts who provide active and adequate legal advice to help the business realize commercial results within the boundaries of laws and regulations and to exclude or reduce legal risks where necessary.
