Operations within ING IM Europe
Operations is accountable for all tasks necessary to manage and account for investments:
- Acting as a liaison between the Front-Office and the Back-Office in order to streamline and avoid any disruption to the investment value chain.
- Providing the business with a standardized, comprehensive and scalable operations processing capability that streamlines the industrialization of securities and cash transactions processing, asset servicing and reconciliations.
- Maintain the Tech & Ops planning cycles and the forecast of business demand
- Industrializing the accounting and administration activities
- Centralizing all reporting requirements and activities.
- Getting faster/better/cheaper and meeting all (strategic) objectives in the above mentioned activities
The department consists of 75+ professionals divided over the following teams:
- Middle Office
- Operations Processing
- Third Party Accounting
- Third Party Reporting
- Information & Demand Management
