Introduction
We are looking for an experienced Risk Manager with a passion for asset management who has the ambition to advance his/her financial risk management skills in an international and multicultural environment.
Your main responsibilities
• Reporting and monitoring of financial risks in 3rd party funds and mandates for several Investment Boutiques.
• Initiate further improvement of Risk governance:
• Determine the appropriate risk appetite and discuss with portfolio managers
• Perform risk analysis including the set-up and distribution of risk reports
• Work on the specification / implementation of risk models and propose improvements of the risk governance framework
• Contribute to periodical meetings, reports/dashboards (including Enterprise Risk Management Committee, financial risk dashboard, regulatory reports) and advise on risk management to stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with the other Risk Management teams, ING IM departments and with departments of ING Group (e.g. Corporate Risk Management).
• Contribute to departmental projects.
Your experience and skills
• Academic degree
• 3-5 years of risk management experience
• Successful track record in managing projects
• Fluent in written and spoken English

The Risk Management (RM) framework focuses on protecting the ING IM organisation and fulfilling its fiduciary obligation towards its clients. The Investment Risk Management position is within the Fund Risk Management team, consisted of professionals with an international background.
